Put together for the International Speech and Evaluation Contest. This would be for a 2 hour meeting where you have up to 3 or 4 participants in each event. Simply modify the applicable areas, such as names, times, etc. and you have a club flyer.

Note: these Club program purposely has hints, or guides, as to what should happen at each role. This will help the contest to be more organized and give the Toastmasters practice at these roles at the club level. Once they reach Area, or Division, such guides or hints would not be there. Each step along the way becomes a little more refined or professional (I hope that makes sense).

Note: each fall TM International sends out a Speech Contest Manual and Speech Contest Rule Book to the Club's President. Contained within the booklet are the forms needed for contests. Refer to that for your official forms or consult with your Division's Chief Judge.
