The mission of Division G this year is "Member Satisfaction". 

My Area Governor's and I have discussed two methods of how to achieve this with our clubs. 

1) Performing the Moments of Truth module at the club.

2) The VP-Education at the club meeting with each member to help set personal goals and schedules for each member.

Having strong membership means clubs will meet their DCPs.  It will also create excitement and membership building.  We need those CTMs, ATMs, CLs and ALs along with new clubs and members.  I know this will successfully meet those needs.
